We just had our first dinner in our new apartment. It was a success! I think it might be the awesome stove here, but I am gonna say it was the cook ;). Eventhough I made a mess as usual and barely had everything timed right! It was scrumptious. I love to take other recipes and tweak em, or play with what I have! Oven-baked breaded pork chops, creamy homemade mashed potatoes, delicious white beans (cooked for a good while with some minced garlic,yum), mac and cheese, fresh sweet corn with lots of butter, cheesey garlic bread, and a summer vegetable medly: tomatoes, squash, onions, basil, olive oil, and parmesan cheese in a foil pack baked in the oven! YUM!
